The Wines

Cabernet Merlot
A powerful, full-bodied red wine with intense blackcurrant characters and hints of ripe plum. This is a rich and complex blend, with layers of intense dark fruits and warm vanilla aromas supported by soft to medium tannins. Wilkie Estate Cabernet Merlot is excellent served at room temperature as an aperitif or witha wide variety of savoury foods such as steak au poivre, casseroles and meat-based pasta dishes.

 

 

Verdelho
A delicious and intense white wine made from the wonderful Verdelho grape varietal. Wilkie Estate Verdelho is a rich silky wine, bursting with crisp, refreshing orchard fruits and the wonderful zesty flavours of lemons and limes. Wilkie Estate Verdelho is delicious as an aperitif or with dishes such as smoked salmon or chicken caesar salad.
